You meet a nice man, he’s interested enough to take you out. You like him…a lot. But that puts you in the Futuring Mode. That’s when you begin to build a relationship in your head, way before you really know him that well, and along with that, your heart gets more deeply involved than it should at this early stage.

This really scares men.

Women tend to move too fast and it almost always makes the man nervous. Here’s what you should say, and learn to believe in your heart, “Let’s just allow things to unfold in their own way, in their own time and just see what happens. Everything happens in the moment, and that’s where I prefer to be.” This makes men calm down, relax and become comfortable, and enjoy the ride more. And, if you can let go of the angst about “where is this going,” you can enjoy the ride as well.
